We don’t need to work so hard to feel good
Wellness isn’t something to chase. It’s not something we have to optimise, measure, hack or perfect. It’s already here, in our breath, in the way we move, in the quiet spaces where we actually listen to ourselves.
But so much of the world tells us otherwise. We’re taught to push through, override, strive. That our worth is in what we achieve, in how well we manage ourselves. Even rest has become something to earn. Even movement becomes a means to an end.
We’re redefining that.
We move not to change our bodies, but to connect with them. Not to improve, fix, or force, but to soften into what's already here.
Our app brings together Stretch Meditation, mindful movement, and breath practices designed not for performance, but for presence. Not to fix the body, but to listen to it. Not to achieve, but to release.
Movement can be a way back to ourselves, a shift from tension to ease, from stress to softness, from disconnect to deep awareness. It’s not about pushing harder, but about feeling more fully.
The body already knows. It holds our stress, our stories, our deepest knowing.
And when we stop forcing, we can start listening.
Maybe today that looks like stretching, not to ‘improve flexibility,’ but to release something heavy. Maybe it’s slowing down, not because we ‘deserve rest,’ but because we don’t need to earn our own softness. Maybe it’s moving not to get somewhere, but to be right here.
Wellness isn’t a task. It’s not a finish line. It’s the space we give ourselves to feel, to breathe, to be.
Meet the movement team
Practitioners working with Rise Practice bring a rich diversity of backgrounds, each with their own unique approach to movement and mindfulness. They’re here not to push or prescribe, but to guide, helping you explore a practice that supports your body, mind, and wellbeing in a way that feels right.

Founders note
We created Rise as a response to the wellness industry—because we saw how much of it was driven by perfection, performance, and profit. We wanted something different. Something slower, more human, more attuned to real life.
Wellness shouldn’t feel like another thing to achieve. It should be a space to return to, a way of living that supports us through life’s ebbs and flows. Rise is about that return.
From the beginning, our vision has been clear: to create a mindful, inclusive, and deeply caring space where movement, mindfulness, and mindset come together as a way to restore balance, clarity, and connection.
We believe in practice over perfection. In slowing down enough to actually feel. In making movement about more than just fitness—turning it into a practice of self-care, self-expression, and presence.
We wanted Rise to be free from the usual noise: the body ideals, the rigid rules, the obsession with results. No bootcamp mentality. No measuring up. Just a space to move, breathe, and reconnect—without expectation or judgement.
Home is where we feel safe enough to listen to ourselves, and that’s why our practices are designed for home settings. Free from distractions, free from external pressure, our home environments allow us to turn inward—to tune into the sensory, intuitive, and deeply intelligent nature of our bodies.
We’re here to redefine what fitness can be. To create a new kind of wellness—one rooted in awareness, not aesthetics. A space where movement is an invitation, not an obligation. Where practice is about presence, not performance.
This isn’t just about personal wellbeing—it’s about collective care. That’s why 10% of our profits are donated to social and environmental causes. Because how we move through the world matters just as much as how we move within ourselves.
We’re only at the beginning of this journey, and we’re grateful to have you here.
