Rise has been designed for you to practice anytime and anywhere. All our workouts are designed to be enjoyed in a personal space of your choosing. Some of our practices require minimal equipment (like a block or a strap) and house-hold items can usually be used.
Rise has designed experiences and practices for all levels— this will include people just starting out, people who have been practicing movement for many years, and everything in between. Our teachers offer invitations and options so our members always feel comfortable and supported with their practice.
If you are pregnant, we do not recommend practicing any breath holds or fast-paced breathing (i.e., 3-part breath, interval breath) while practicing. Please consult with your doctor or healthcare practitioner before taking any practices.

Subscriptions and Account
Becoming a member is your entry point to all the ‘Rise Experiences’ found on our website. It’s a $25 AUD/month, $60 AUD/quarterly or $180 AUD/year subscription that auto renews monthly, quarterly or annually and can be cancelled at any time. Subscription benefits include unlimited access to pre-recorded practices, and the ability to share the Rise experience with friends.
You can cancel at any time through the app.

Yes, you will be billed monthly, quarterly or annually on the day you originally signed up for your Rise membership.
The renew cycle will continue until you tell us otherwise.
Yes, you will need to create an account. It only takes a moment to join Rise. You can begin on a 10 day complimentary trial. If you do not unsubscribe prior to the completion of the trial you will be charged for the membership period that you chose.
If you are new to Rise, you will receive a 10 day complimentary trial to begin your practice with us. You will need to create an account to begin this introductory trial, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not cancel the subscription it will automatically deduct your chosen membership fee for your desired period.

You will only receive emails from Rise if you are signed up to one of our email mailing lists. You are able to unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time.

Payment
If you are struggling to make a payment, ensure you have entered all your information and card details correctly. If your details are correct, then it could be your bank not recognising the Australian banking system. You may have to contact your bank if the issue persists. After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to take unlimited Rise practices until the final day of your billing period. Canceling your subscription will not provide a refund for the current billing period.
Yes, you will be billed monthly, quarterly or annually for the billing period. This commences after your 10 day complimentary trial has ended. Membership renewal will continue as long as you remain a subscriber.
